Acquired Swag

… I am in a country where swag is the currency of exchange. I am low on this currency, yours truly just wants to get on and do what needs to be done. But this is not how business is transacted here. Sway is the order of the day, you need a slightly enlarged slow sway to your appearance , you also need to be able to wear that ‘don’t you know I am important ‘ look without looking like am imposer. You have to huff and puff without breaking sweat, to not look like you are huffing and puffing. How am I meant to do all if this? I come from a country that is described as a leveller and nobody gives a monkey for all that huffing and puffing business, so you quickly become rusty at it if you are not in the game.

I don’t care too much for that huffing and puffing but you are at a disadvantage if you are not playing it, you loose a bit of respect (I know it is all cheap respect), you are ever so slightly dismissed.
